Pulsar is our home and our traveling companion. She provides a safe place during bad weather and a great platform for fun in good weather.
Pulsar is a Malö 45 Classic built in Sweden. She was originally commissioned for Nigel Calder as Nada, and in between had one additional owner who called her Serene.
She’s a heavy cruiser at 31,000 pounds displacement, is a little over 48 feet long, and 13.5 feet wide. Her mast is 64 feet above water and her 12,200 pound keel drafts 6 feet below the water.
